Orders placed outside of Texas and being delivered outside of Texas will not be taxed. For Texas orders and deliveries the following guidelines apply; Some items are exempt by Texas state law. These include captioning decoder, TDD or TTY and all materials, paper and printing ribbons used in that equipment. If sales tax applies it is calculated at 8.25% of the entire order. ** Returns **
Most items can be returned with 30 days of receipt as long as you have the original packaging and they are in the original condition. We will refund the purchase price but we do not refund the original shipping charges.

For an additional charge we can deliver your order 2 day select or overnight. The order must be received by 12:00 P.M. central Time to guarantee Overnight or Second Day Delivery. Please call or email us for exact charges. Our software will plug a predetermined amount in for express shipping; however, we will modify the shipping charge to the amount charged by the shipping company.
Next day air orders received by 12 P.M., Monday through Friday will be delivered the next business day.
2nd day air orders are delivered the second business day after the day the order is placed. If you order by 12 P.M. on Monday, your order would be delivered on Wednesday.
3 day select orders are delivered the third business day after the day the order is placed. If you ordered by 12 P.M. on Monday, your order would be delivered on Thursday
UPS and Fed EX Ground Continental United States Only.
For international orders please email us your address and items to be shipped. Orders shipped to areas outside of Continental United States are subject to actual shipping charges. We will respond and let you know if we can fulfill your order. Please contact us by email or telephone for further information.
Please note that you must have a physical street address as UPS does not deliver to Post Office Box numbers.You will receive a confirmation of the total charges.
Our Guarantee
Our products are the highest quality available. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days after you receive it. Videotapes and computer software are not returnable unless defective.
Prompt Delivery
Most orders received by 2 pm, CST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same business day. UPS tracking is sent by email so that you may track your package progress. Standard UPS ground shipping time is usually 3 to 5 days, depending on your location.
Defective Items
If you should receive an item that is defective please call Contact Assistive Technology as soon as possible for infomation on returning it for a replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
Please call our Customer Service at 1-888-567-2175 Voice/TTY for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Repack the product carefully and in the original carton. Include any instruction manuals, warranty card, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper or place in another box so the original box is in original condition. Please record the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box. Send the product, packing slip and completed returns form prepaid and insured to Contact Assistive Technology, 3101 Hobbs Rd. Ste 116, Amarillo, Texas 79109. Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. If 30 days from the date of shipment has passed, please follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions for repair service. The item must be in the original carton and in new condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and Return Merchandise Authorization included to receive a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please take the following steps:
The packaging materials must be in the same condition as when received.
Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS, Postal Service or other carrier)
Do not ship the package back to Contact Assistive Technology.
Wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up package.
Call Contact Assistive Technology to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
